All watches are covered by a two-year International Warranty. A warranty card comes with the watch. The straps have no warranty.

Since the watch’s movement is powered by its own mechanical parts, you will never have to change any battery, making it not only convenient but also eco-friendly.
It is worth remembering that the mechanical parts are working 24 hours a day when in use. The mechanism must therefore undergo maintenance every 5 years. Take your watch to an authorized watchmaker for servicing.
When your order is successfully placed and paid you will receive an order confirmation on the email address you entered at the Checkout.
Yes, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number on your email when your order has left our warehouse.
Yes, you have the right to return the products that you have purchased directly from our website, within, and no later than 14 days after receiving the products. Do not open the vacuum plastic sealing covering the watch to be able to return the watch. The products must be unused, in its original packaging with labels, vacuum sealing and protective stickers, intact and still in the same brand-new condition as when you received the products.
